IKO IRON CLAD EXTENDED PROTECTION (ICP): Unlike most limited and/or prorated shingle manufacturer warranties which only covers the shingles themselves, IKO allows ROOFPRO SELECT partners to offer a comprehensive, complete roofing system warranty, including not only their shingles, but also all accessories, underlayment, etc., for a full 20 years.
IKO WORKMANSHIP WARRANTY (ICP): As with most shingle manufacturer warranties, no workmanship component is included. With the IKO ROOFPRO SELECT program, 1 2 3 Roofing is able to offer a complete, 20 year Workmanship Warranty directly from IKO. This includes all labour and costs necessary in order to replace your roof while under warranty.
123 Roofing provides an above industry standard 15 (FIFTEEN) Year Workmanship Warranty on all shingle roof replacement projects.
123 Roofing’s accreditation with CertainTeed as a Shingle Master allows for extended manufacturer warranties, 50 (Fifty) Years, that extend past the usual manufacturer warranty benefits. These warranties can cover costs associated with labor, disposal, replacements, and workmanship, over an extended period of time.
WSIB & Mol: 123 Roofing registered with and compliant with all Workplace Safety and Insurance Board and Ministry of Labour mandates and policies. Clearance certificate upon request.
